We endeavour to ship your order the next day via your selected shipping method, but from time to time delays on items may occur that are yout of our control due to nil stock or back orders not filled by our supplier, shipping delays etc. You will be notified immediately if this occurs, either by phone call or e-mail. You will have a choice to wait for the product or a full refund will be processed immediately upon your request.
FREE SHIPPING is only available to Australian residents that spend over $100. The free shipping offer excludes large and bulky items and will be determined by parcel size.
Oils, tyres, batteries and liquids cannot be sent via Australia Post and are excluded from the free shipping offer. These items will need to be sent via courier. You will be notified of these changes prior to shipping.

If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or have simply changed your mind we will happily exchange your order or if you prefer offer an instore credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Hunter Valley Motorsports as long as items are returned within 14 days. The item must not be worn or damaged and the product must be in it’s origional packaging with tags still attached. The manufacturers packing must be clear of writing or markings. The item will be inspected on arrival and if any damage/wear/stain/mark has occurred the return will be void and the item will be sent back to you.
All returns must be authorised by Hunter Valley Motorsports before they are sent back. Contact us by either email or phone call to confirm if it is eligible for refund/exchange. Electrical items are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return of the merchandise and ensuring the product is returned to Hunter Valley Motorsports within 14 days.
Hunter Valley Motorsports is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier.
All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded.
If the item is faulty, contact us immediately in regards to warranty as it differs from brand to brand. We will neeed detailed pictures and information to pass on to our brand suppliers.
If you order a helmet online, please be sure of your choice as we cannot refund or exchange a helmet after it leaves our store. By buying a helmet online you are agreeing to these terms.
